Simple integration of the NUMOCO offer with your store

Thanks to our XML and CSV files, you can easily connect the NUMOCO offer with your online store. No manual addition of products, no manual price updates, and no need to check for new models yourself.

This solution is designed for online stores, wholesalers, and dropshipping sales. After integration, the store automatically downloads current products, prices, descriptions, photos, and stock levels — keeping your offer always up to date while saving you time and avoiding errors.

Two data sources – old and new files

Currently, we offer the possibility to export XML and CSV files from two data sources.

The older version of XML files has been used for many years and can still be utilized. However, it contains minor errors and will no longer be developed or supported in the future.

The new version of XML and CSV files is the current and recommended solution. Data in these files is provided in real-time, and all previously occurring errors have been corrected.

Update frequency and access to XML files

We provide permanent URLs to XML files that can be directly linked to the integration in your store or sales system. These files are intended for the automatic update of the NUMOCO offer.

To ensure stable and uninterrupted system operation, we recommend setting the data update to a maximum of 4 times a day. This frequency is entirely sufficient for synchronizing prices, availability, and new products.

Requesting XML files too frequently may be automatically considered an excessive server load. In such a situation, the security system (Cloudflare) may temporarily block access to the file from a given IP address.

If a block occurs, we offer a backup XML file URL, which allows the integration to continue working. In this case, simply replace the file address in the integration or contact us to obtain it.

New XML and CSV version – always up-to-date data

New XML and CSV files always contain current information about NUMOCO products. Prices in the files are correct and depend on the selected variant — you can download a file with suggested retail prices or with wholesale prices.

The files also contain the latest product descriptions and photo information, ensuring the offer in your store is always consistent and up to date.

Different XML standards – tailored to your system

NUMOCO XML files are available in many standards, allowing you to easily match the integration to your e-commerce system or sales platform.

Available standards include: Facebook XML, Ceneo XML, Ceneo for Baselinker (Base), Google Shopping, Shoplo, Idosell, YourNewStyle (YNS), and Megamo.

Language versions and currencies

Each XML file can be downloaded in a selected language. Available versions: Polish, English, German, Czech, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, and Romanian.

You can also choose the currency in which prices should be presented in the XML file. Available currencies are PLN, EUR, and USD.

Prices and photos – full control over the offer

When choosing an XML file, you decide which prices should be included — suggested retail prices or wholesale prices.

NUMOCO products have high-quality photos. However, if your integration has trouble downloading large image files, you can choose the optimized photo version, which loads faster.

Integrations outside the list

If you use an e-commerce system that is not on the list of available standards, integration is still possible. In such cases, it is usually enough to use one of the popular XML standards, e.g., Google Shopping or Ceneo.

Dedicated integrations

For stores based on the Shoper system, a dedicated NUMOCO integration is available. In this case, follow the instructions provided on the integration page at https://www.shoper.pl/aplikacje/numoco-integracja

For WooCommerce (WordPress) stores, it is possible to use popular plugins for importing products from XML files, especially in the Google Shopping or Ceneo standard.

Technical support and custom integrations

If you have your own programmer, integration with any XML file is possible. Files can be used for both one-time product imports and for creating an automatic system for updating prices, stock levels, and adding new products.
