To start cooperation with us (see wholesale net prices + place orders + XML/CSV) you need to register your company (you need to provide VAT number, contact details, email) on the page: NUMOCO REGISTRATION

Account activation takes up to 24 hours. We send account activation information to the email address provided in the form within 24 hours.
We do not charge any additional fees for the service itself, goods packaging or XML/CSV exchange files.

Inventory levels are always current and the same on our website as well as in XML/CSV.
Files are available after registering your company on www.numoco.com and logging in.

Dropshipping order shipping

Shipping directly to your customer follows after recording the payment in our bank account TRANSFER DATA
We send the invoice in pdf file to the email address provided during registration.
We do not attach any promotional materials to the shipment.

It is important to provide a different shipping address when placing an order, entering the Customer's data, as well as the Customer's phone number in REMARKS.
You need to select the shipment option - DROPSHIPPING.

If the order will be cash on delivery, you need to add the cash on delivery amount and bank account number where the cash on delivery amount should go in REMARKS. Cash on delivery will go directly to your bank account - please provide the cash on delivery amount that your customer should pay to the courier.

Often cash on delivery shipments are not collected by your customers. Therefore, in case of refusal to accept a cash on delivery package, the courier company charges 100% fee for the return shipment. Uncollected dropshipping cash on delivery shipment is your property. According to our regulations, our wholesale does not accept returns, but in this special case two solutions are available:
1. Payment to our account of the return transport cost of 14.50 PLN. After recording the payment, the package will be sent to your correspondence address.
2. Issuing a correction for uncollected goods. The correction value will be reduced by 20.00 PLN - cost of return package and accounting handling of uncollected shipment return.

We operate based on general rules applicable in our regulations.

Dropshipping – what is it?

Dropshipping is a logistics model that is increasingly used by online stores. In short, it involves the store not dealing with the goods shipping process, and this process is transferred to the supplier, wholesaler, importer, distributor, manufacturer. Of course, the online store is also involved in sales. However, its role is limited, consisting only of collecting orders and subsequently forwarding them to the supplier. In the case of dropshipping, as in retail trade, the seller achieves profit constituting the difference between wholesale and retail price.¹

Dropshipping – how does it work?

For dropshipping to work, it is necessary to integrate the program used by the online store with the supplier. The customer places an order in the store, then a query is sent to the supplier about the availability of the selected product. Next, if the product is available, the store system receives confirmation. Based on this, another confirmation is sent – this time to the customer. Then the system waits for payment to be made. When the payment is recorded in the distributor's system, the seller's system makes a payment to the supplier's account. However, this payment is reduced by the amount of margin. The customer receives the ordered goods, and the seller and distributor earn. Of course, the entire process takes place automatically, and the actions that the seller must perform are usually limited to zero.

Dropshipping – what advantages does this solution have?

Not without reason dropshipping is becoming increasingly popular. It is a solution that has many advantages. The basic ones include:
- no need to allocate money in goods,
- regular cash flow,
- no warehouse problems related to costs and logistics (providing warehouse space, property protection, transport),
- accelerating delivery time by giving up some processes (shortening the path "wholesale → store → customer" to "wholesale → customer"),
- paying for goods from wholesale only when the customer pays for these goods in the store,
- automation – the entire process takes place practically without human participation,
- broadly understood development resulting from the fact that the online store owner can focus on other aspects than the goods shipping process.

Dropshipping therefore allows saving time and money. As a result, the online store owner using this method can, for example, devote the above-mentioned time and money to devising and investing in marketing and advertising campaigns, and thus – take care of sales growth.

Dropshipping – what disadvantages does this solution have and how to deal with them?

There are definitely fewer disadvantages of dropshipping than advantages, but dropshipping – like any solution – is not perfect. Two negative aspects of the described logistics model are mentioned. The first is the fact that when using dropshipping, not everything depends on the online store, i.e., on its owners. For example, the delivery time guaranteed by the store may be delayed due to some events taking place in the wholesale. Such an event can be, for example, a situation where the wholesale no longer has the goods purchased by the customer because it has just been sold out. However, in case of good communication between the online store and suppliers, and thus – fast information flow, such incidents do not occur. The second disadvantage of using dropshipping is that branding (i.e., building brand awareness) is then limited. This happens because the online store cannot, for example, mark packages with its logo. Besides, contact with the customer becomes shallow and limited. So far, no method has been invented for effectively dealing with this problem. The last problem we may encounter are returns. It is worth getting acquainted with the return policy before starting cooperation. Most wholesales do not accept returns or they are associated with additional costs and corrections.

Dropshipping – who can benefit from this method?

Taking into account the above-mentioned advantages and disadvantages of dropshipping, it should be stated that this method can work in the case of stores that are just entering the world of e-commerce or already existing, small online stores. Dropshipping does not require freezing financial resources, does not need the introduction of advanced logistics solutions, and the risk of losses resulting from possible failures is significantly reduced. These are certainly important factors for newly created and small businesses. ²

Dropshipping – summary

As you can see, dropshipping is a good idea when you are just starting business on the Internet or when you already run a small online store. Thanks to this method, the seller avoids incurring costs and troubles related to goods – storing, packaging and shipping them. The basic disadvantage of this method is limiting the possibilities of building brand awareness. Despite this aspect, dropshipping is an increasingly popular solution that, modernized and improved, can prove extremely beneficial for many. It is also important that this model strives for complete automation, which may spread it even more in the future.
